Yoga therapy focuses on helping people facing health challenges enjoy richer and fuller lives through science-based and personalized yoga.

Yoga therapy is a complimentary mind-body practice to western health care that takes an integrative approach to a person's health and wellbeing. The yoga therapist and client work privately together using yogic principles of movement, breath, meditation, and deep relaxation to address concerns and health goals. Yoga therapists are also trained to work with a person's health care team, if desired.

Your health and wellness journey is supported with a personalized plan, tailored to your goals, whether they are proactive for enhanced well-being or focused on managing a current health challenge.
